摘要：界定IPD工程項目團隊信任，從“信任半徑”和“信任水平”兩方面構建IPD工程項目團隊信任動態演化模型；基于動態演化特征，構建以信息機制、溝通機制、信任保障機制為內涵的“三位一體”信任機制，以期有效保障IPD工程項目團隊信任發展，促進項目成功。

Abstract：This paper defines the trust of IPD project team，and constructs the dynamic evolution model of IPD project team trust from the aspects of “trust radius” and “trust level”. Based on the dynamic evolution characteristics，builds the “trinity trust mechanism” with the information mechanism，communication mechanism and trust guarantee mechanism，so as to effectively guarantee the trust development of IPD project team and promotes the success of IPD project.
